How to make Chicken Seekh Kebab

  1. First of all, mix the mince with all other spices and onions and chilies.
  2. Now we need to put the mince on skewers. For this, apply some water on your hand. Take the skewer in your left hand and start making a kebab around the skewer with mince mix. Now this is what needs practice.
  3. Use all the mince mix to make kebabs on skewers.
  4. Now its time to cook. Heat some oil on non-stick tawa. Yes, that's all you need.
  5. On medium heat, place the skewers on tawa. Not more than 4-5.
  6. Now, it won't take much time to cook on each side. So you need to keep turning it over to make sure it's cooked on all sides.
  7. Remember to cook it till you get the golden brown color on kebabs. Its simple math, No Color No Flavour.
  8. You may also test cook by cooking one kebab to start with as cooking time varies with the thickness of kebab you made and amount of fat.

My Tip:

Do not worry if it is falling off or sticking to your hands. It will happen. After few times you do it, it will be easy.
