Ingredients to make Rajma cheese croquettes

  • Boiled rajma 1/2 cup
  • Boiled potato large 1
  • Grated garlic 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • pepper powder 1 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • oil for deep frying
  • maida 3 tablespoon
  • water 1/4 cup
  • Cornflakes 1 cup
  • pepper 1 tablespoon
  • jeera 1 tablespoon
  • Grated cheese 1/4 cup

How to make Rajma cheese croquettes

  1. Crush cornflakes, pepper,and jeera and keep it in a plate.
  2. In a bowl add maida, salt, water and make a thin batter.
  3. Take a big bowl.
  4. Add the boiled rajma.
  5. Mash it nicely till smooth.
  6. Grate the boiled potato.
  7. Add the grated potato to the mashed rajma.
  8. Add the salt, pepper powder, garam masala and grated garlic to the rajma and potato.
  9. Now mix everything together.
  10. Heat oil in kadai for deep frying.
  11. Now take a small portion of rajma mix.
  12. Keep the grated cheese in center .
  13. Now make small balls.
  14. Dip it in the maida batter.
  15. Roll it in the crushed corn flakes.
  16. Now deep fry in the hot oil till golden brown.
  17. Serve hot.
