Mash the banana well so that there are no lumps. You can use food processor or mixie. To this add sugar ,curd,salt ghee, jeera and salt. Mix well. Now add all purpose flour and knead well without adding water. It should be very soft and smooth and sticky. Cover with a damp cloth and keep aside for 6 to 7 hours .
