Pakoras are those snacks that we all enjoy during winters . There are probably tons of variations out there , but this happens to be my family's favourite .

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Split gram dal or dalia a cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Yoghurt 3 tbsp
  4. Soda bicarb a pinch
  5. Chilli powder a tsp
  6. Cumin powder a tsp
  7. Coriander powder a tsp
  8. Chana masala a tsp
  9. Coriander chopped a fistful
  10. Onion chopped 1

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients to make a smooth semi thick batter.
  2. Rest it for 10 mins before frying.
  3. Deep fry them in batches of two.
  4. Drop small balls with your hands or using a spoon.
