ABOUT Sooji bonda RECIPE

Sooji bonda is a South Indian dish. It is also called rava bonda and is a quick and easy snack or breakfast. It is a very yummy dish. People of all age groups like it. You have to try it once.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sooji 1 cup
  2. Green chili 1 chopped
  3. Cashews 4
  4. Curd 1/2 cup
  5. Onion 2 tbsp chopped
  6. Ginger 1/4 tsp chopped
  7. Curry leaves chopped
  8. Corinder chopped
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Add sooji and curd. Mix it well and let soak in curd for 1 hour.N ow add rest of the ingredients .Mix everything well and make a dough.
  2. Now apply oil to your palms and start making small balls out of it.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai and start sliding the balls one by one and cook them in medium flame .
  4. When they turn golden brown transfer it to a plate with tissue paper and drain excess oil.
  5. Serve it hot with spicy chutney of your choice.
