ABOUT Death by Chocolate Donuts RECIPE

Donuts glazed with nutella and rainbow sugar sparkles and filled with chocolate and nutella. These ones are fried.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour - 2 cup
  2. Butter (at room temprature) - 1/4 cup
  3. Milk (Lukewarm)- 3/4 cup
  4. Sugar- 1 tbsp
  5. Salt - 1/2 tbsp
  6. Instant Active Yeast - 1 tbsp
  7. Oil to fry
  8. Nutella for topping
  9. Dairy milk Chocolate - 1
  10. Sugar Sparkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Mix all purpose flour, sugar, salt, yeast and butter in a big bowl.
  2. Add lukewarm milk in it and knead it.
  3. Knead it for 5 minutes to get a soft dough.
  4. Divide the dough into 8 equal portions.
  5. Roll it and place in a place like a ring.
  6. Leave a space in each ring because it will rise up to 1.5 time its original size.
  7. Brush all the rings with little milk.
  8. Cover them with a cotton cloth and leave them for 2-3 hours.
  9. In winters, it can take up to 4 hours to ferment.
  10. After fermentation, add oil in a heavy bottom deep pan.
  11. Deep fry the rings, till they turn golden brown on low to medium flame.
  12. Let it be cool for 10-15 minutes.
  13. Slice the rings from the center horizontally
  14. Fill the nutella and grated chocolate in it.
  15. Glaze all the rings with nutella with the help of spatula.
  16. Sprinkle the sugar sparkles on it.
  17. Make it hot in microwave for 7-8 seconds.
  18. Serve hot .
