Creamy pasta

Ingredients to make Creamy pasta

  • Italian pasta 250 grams
  • butter 100 Grams
  • maida 2 table spoon
  • White pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Organo 1/2 tsp
  • salt
  • American corn 1 cup
  • Carrot,beans ,capsicum,cabbage, onion 1 cup
  • Milk 500 ml

How to make Creamy pasta

  1. To make the white sauce put butter in a pan. Add maida and fry little. Then add milk, white pepper and oregano and boil to make white sauce .
  2. Then take a pan to fry all vegetable. Add salt and little pepper and wait till vegetables cook.
  3. Then add cooked pasta and white sauce and finally add sugar. Serve hot.

My Tip:

While cooking pasta add salt and 1 spoon oil. Once the pasta is done takeit out and wash with cold water and add little oil .
