Very healthy and shallow fry it without using oil.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl Soya Granules powder
  2. 1 lauki grated
  3. 1 spoon salt
  4. 1 green chilli chopped
  5. 1 tsp red chilli
  6. 1 tsp roasted cumin powder
  7. 1 tsp Turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Take all ingredients and mix it nicely. Not required to add water to it because grated lauki has already juice in it.
  2. Then give any shapes as you wish, after that shallow fry it without using oil in non stick pan on low flame. Your mouthwatering kebabs are ready.
