Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For marination : Egg boiled -3 Sliced into quarter
  2. Corn flour - 2 tbsp
  3. Maida -2 tbsp
  4. Soya sauce - 1 tsp
  5. Salt
  6. Red chilly paste - 1 tsp
  7. Ajinomoto
  8. For the sauce : Onion - 1 finely chopped Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
  9. Ajinomotto
  10. Salt
  11. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  12. Red chilly paste - 1 tsp
  13. Sugar 1/2 tsp
  14. Water

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for marination ingredients together. Heat oil in a pan, fry the eggs that are marinated.Keep it aside.
  2. Heat little oil in a pan.add the onions. Fry them.
  3. Add salt, sugar, red chilli paste and saute them. Add the pepper powder and soya sauce.Mix them well.
  4. Add water and allow the sauce to noil for few mins. Finally add the fried eggs. Mix well and serve.

how much ajinomoto is to be added? it is not mentioned here.
