Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour(maida) - 2 tbsp
  2. Butter - 1 tbsp
  3. Milk - 150 ml/1cup
  4. Capsicum half boiled - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  5. Carrot half boiled - 2 tbsp (finel chopped)
  6. Sweet corn boiled - 1 to 2 tbsp
  7. Green peas boiled - 1 tbsp
  8. Black pepper - 1 tsp
  9. Salt as per required
  10. White bread - 10 to 12 slices
  11. Cornflour - 2 to 3 tbsp
  12. Water - 1/4 to 1/2 cup
  13. Oil for shallow fry
  14. Maida - 2 to 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. First start with the stuffing. We need to make the white sauce and veg mixture.
  2. Take butter in a pan when it starts melting add maida. Roast till it starts getting slightly brown.
  3. Now add milk slowly to it so that no lumps form. Add salt and black pepper.
  4. When it turns creamy, add all the vegetables and mix it well. Let it remain on a low flame to make it thicker. When done, turn off the flame and keep it in the freezer for 5 minutes and let it cool.
  5. Next step is to make wheels. For that mix maida, cornflour, salt and water in a bowl.
  6. Cut the bread slices in a round shape of your desired size (small)
  7. Put 1-2 spoon of white sauce veg mixture on a slice and cover it with another one to make small round sandwich.
  8. Dip this sandwich in the batter we made earlier and shallow fry it in an open pan.
  9. Fry from both sides till golden color.
  10. Crispy hot GOLDEN BREAD ON WHEELS Is ready to serve.
