Cheezelings are very tasty, in winter season we have to eat in 2- 3 hours intervals, so it comes in handy . In the season of parties, Cheezelings can be served as starters.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Onions 2 big size
  2. White flour (maida) 1 big  bowl
  3. salt as per taste
  4. Oil for frying ( 3-4 big spoons approximate )

Instructions

  1. Cut 4 pieces of both onions, make a fine paste of onions in a grinder without adding water
  2. In flat bottom big plate mix white flour , salt and paste of onions.
  3. Make a dough the way you make for poories
  4. Divided this dough in to 5-6 parts.
  5. With the use of thin rolling pin ( roller) , make thin roti ( chapati) of dough ( Thin like butter paper)
  6. Cut into small squares or cut in diamond shapes
  7. Fry in hot oil till golden in colour. Fry on low flame
  8. Keep on a tissue paper so that excess oil is absorbed
  9. Serve
