These yummy cutlets are great for a party or a evening snack. Shallow fried makes it healthy too.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Potatoes - ¼ kg
  2. Peas (boiled) - ¼ cup
  3. Cabbage shredded - ¼ cup
  4. Cheese cube grated-1 cube
  5. Coriander leaves-2 tbsp
  6. Kasoori methi-1 tbsp
  7. Carrot grated-¼ piece
  8. Seasonings
  9. Ginger Garlic paste-1/2 tsp
  10. Green chillli paste- ½ tsp
  11. Chilli sauce-½ tsp
  12. Pepper powder-¼ tsp
  13. Salt- ½ tsp
  14. For Binding
  15. Corn Flakes powder - 5-6 tbsp (Roast the raw corn flakes and grind)
  16. To dip and fry
  17. Make a solution of Wheat flour – 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp milk and 1 tbsp water, salt and pepper


  1. Cook the potatoes and peas. Shallow fry cabbage 2-3 minutes.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and seasonings and make heart shaped cutlets
  3. Dip them into eggs/ wheatflour solution and then take a plate with breadcrumbs/ corn flakes powder and dab them lightly and keep aside
  4. Grease a non-stick pan lightly and place the cutlets on the pan
  5. Once lightly fried for 2-3 minutes on each side remove and serve with green chutney/ tomato sauce.
