Ingredients to make Pakodas

  • gram flour 1 cup
  • Ajwain 2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • hing or adafoeida a pinch
  • red chilli powder 2 tsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Pakodas

  1. Mix gramflour and make pakodas batter with water.
  2. Add all the ingredients and mix evenly .
  3. Add little hot oil in the batter to make the pakodas soft
  4. Fry the pakodas in hot oil.
