Scrumptious mixture of mix vegetables, corn and macroni

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup boiled corn
  2. 1/2 cup. Mushroom sauteed
  3. 1/2 cup broccoli sauteed
  4. 1/2 cup macaroni
  5. 1 cup finely chopped capsicum
  6. 3tbsp oil
  7. 1tsp crushed garlic
  8. 1/2 cup Tomato juice
  9. 1/2 cup Tomato ketchup
  10. Grated onion
  11. 1 bay leaf
  12. 1/2 tsp Salt
  13. 1/4 tsp cinnamon, pepper, thyme, oregano
  14. 1 tbsp Flour
  15. 1cup Water
  16. For the topping -
  17. 1 1/2 cup Grated paneer
  18. 1 1/4 cup thick white sauce
  19. 1/2 cup Grated Cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the garlic, add onion and fry till golden brown.
  2. Add the flour and fry till golden brown. Add in tomato juice, tomato ketchup, water, salt and spices. Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Add corn, mushroom, broccoli, capsicum and macaroni.
  4. Spread the mixture in an 8" diameter round or square dish. In a blender , blend the paneer and white sauce. Pour the sauce mixture on the tomato mix.
  5. Bake at 150 degrees C for 10 minutes. Remove and sprinkle the cheese and a few drops of salad oil. Bake again for 8-10 minutes till the cheese turns golden brown. Serve with garlic bread.
