Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Thick poha 500 gms
  2. Green chillies finely chopped
  3. Peanuts 1 small cup
  4. Daliya 1 small cup
  5. Sugar as required
  6. Salt as required
  7. Curry leaves 10
  8. Fennel seeds 2 tsp
  9. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  10. Oil 2 tbsp
  11. Asafoetida a pinch
  12. Turmeric powder - 1 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Firstly , roast thick poha on slow flame .
  2. Take oil , once it gets hot add mustard seeds , pinch of asafoetida and once they splitter add peanuts .After peanuts are added within few seconds add daliya , curry leaves , green chillies and fennel seeds.
  3. Then put poha and add turmeric powder , salt and sugar .Mix it well by cooking on low flame n keep stirring in between slowly .
  4. Let it cool down and it can be stored in air tight container .
