Super thin and crispy parcels just right with the evening tea or coffee. Made in a jiffy and tastes perfect.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Readymade samosa leaves as needed.
  2. For the filling, i used non veg here.
  3. Mutton mince 250gm
  4. Onions 2 finely chopped.
  5. Green chillies chopped 3
  6. Coriander chopped a fistful
  7. garam masala a tsp
  8. Ginger garlic paste a tbsp
  9. Cumin powder a tsp
  10. Tikka masala a tbsp
  11. Oil 2 tbsp + additional for frying.
  12. For the veg filling, you need
  13. Corn kernels 1/2 a cup
  14. Cabbage shredded a cup
  15. Green peas 1/2 a cup
  16. Green chillies finely chopped 2
  17. Coriander leaves as desired
  18. Cumin powder a tsp
  19. Garlic mince a tsp
  20. Onion 1 finely chopped
  21. Curry powder a tsp
  22. Salt to taste.


  1. Make the mince filling by sauteeing all the ingredients nicely.
  2. I made all the three types of pockets or parcels.
  3. Prepare the veg filling by sauteeing everything well. Stir fry them on medium flame until just done.
  4. Prepare the pockets as shown.
  5. For the cheesy pockets, just put a small cube of cheese in the centre and close it up as shown.
  6. Deep fry on medium flame.
  7. Serve them hot with any sauce.
