Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Brown bread 4 pieces
  2. Oats 3 tbsp
  3. ghee 3 tsp
  4. Sugar 2 tbsp or jaggery powder 2 tbsp
  5. cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Milk 1 cup


  1. Dry roast bread pieces and oats together for 4_5 mins
  2. Let it cooled down for some time
  3. Now grind them to a coarse powder
  4. Heat ghee in a nonstick pan
  5. Add oats and bread powder
  6. Saute for some time
  7. Now add sugar and milk
  8. Stir continuously
  9. When the mixture will be thickened , halwa like consistency will come switch off gas
  10. Add cardamom powder and ghee 1/4 tsp
  11. Serve hot with tea
