Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 7-8 baby potatoes
  2. 2 moti elaichi
  3. 2-3 choti elaichi
  4. 4-5 whole Kali mirch
  5. 3-4 laung
  6. 1 bay leaf
  7. 1 inch piece of javitri
  8. 1 tsp jeera
  9. 1 tsp sabut dhaniya
  10. 4-5 dry red chillies
  11. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  12. 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  13. 1/2 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
  14. 1 tsp amchur powder
  15. salt as per taste
  16. 3 Tbsp Mustard oil
  17. 1 cup shredded cauliflower
  18. Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the baby potatoes. Slit them in between and keep aside.
  2. Now take a pan and dry roast all the whole spices.
  3. Grind them. Mix haldi powder, Salt, amchur, kashmiri mirch much in it.
  4. Now fill this Masala powder in each potato. If you have some masala left with you, don't worry. You can add this masala later
  5. Now heat oil in a wok. Add shredded cauliflower. Add baby potatoes and remaining masala if left. sprinkle a little salt over it. stir and cover it with a lid
  6. Let it cook on a low flame till the potatoes are cooked properly. keep checking..
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
