Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Avocado 1
  2. Onion 1 small (finely chopped)
  3. Suji/semolina 1 tbsp
  4. Garlic powder 1 tsp
  5. Chili flakes 1/2 tsp
  6. Garam masala 1 pinch
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Slit the fully ripened avocado and take out the seed. Now scoop the pulp in a bowl and mash with a spoon.
  2. Add onions, semolina, Cornflour, Garlic powder, chili flakes, garam masala, and salt. Mix well
  3. Apply water on to your palms and try to make Kebabs. The mixture will be bit runny, hence applying water or oil would help.
  4. Place them over a hot griddle and drizzle some oil. Turn them gently once they are done from one side.
  5. Serve them hot with Mint chutney, onion rings and lime wedges.
