Ingredients to make Hara Bhara Kabab

  • salt
  • gram masala 1/2 tsp
  • chat masala pinch
  • coriander powder 1tsp
  • chilly sauce
  • soya sauce
  • spinach paste
  • mint leaves
  • green chilli
  • coriander leaves
  • carrot chopped
  • Beans chopped
  • cauliflower chopped
  • boiled and mashed potatoes
  • Corn flour
  • Rice flour
  • all purpose flour

How to make Hara Bhara Kabab

  1. Finley chop veggies and boiled potatoes mix everything add coriander leaves and mint leaves and keep it in fridge for 10 min
  2. add palak paste to the mix add all the masala and sauce .
  3. make in to cutlets and place a cashew piece on top
  4. deep fry and serve with green chutney
