ABOUT Instant Cooker Cake RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Parle-G biscuits (pack that costs rs 20)
  2. Parle -G cream biscuits (pack that costs rs 10)
  3. Two teaspoons sugar
  4. Milk 200ml
  5. Two teaspoons Ghee
  6. 2 pinches of Eno salt

Instructions

  1. Grind biscuits and sugar to a fine powder
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl
  3. Add milk and ghee and mix well
  4. Mix to get a smooth batter
  5. Add Eno
  6. Take a cake pan. Line with a greased parchment / paper sheet.
  7. Heat the cooker without the whistle
  8. Heat on medium flame
  9. Cook for 35-30 minutes. Check by inserting a toothpick in the center.
  10. slice when cold
