Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Sandwich bread - 1
  2. butter
  3. Potatoes - 1/2 kg
  4. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  5. Chat Masala- 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala - 1tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  9. For the coriander chutney -
  10. Coriander - 1 big bunch
  11. Coconut piece - 2 inches
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Green chillies - 3
  14. Lemon juice - 1/2 of small lemon

Instructions

  1. Grind the chutney and keep aside
  2. Cut the sides of bread and keep
  3. Mash potatoes with all dry masalas and salt to taste
  4. Apply chutney to one slice
  5. Apply mashed potatoe paste to another slice and turn it over the chutney slice
  6. Here in between the slices you could add thin slices of tomatoe and onion if you like and sprinkle some salt and pepper
  7. Now apply butter on outer side of the sandwhich and toast it on the tawa on both sides pressing with a spatula
  8. Easy and quick toast sandwhich Is ready.
