Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups kheel (fuliya )
  2. 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
  3. 2 tsp cornflour
  4. Coriander leaves
  5. 1 green chilli
  6. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Amchur powder according to taste
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak kheel in water for 5 minutes. Drain water
  2. Now take a bowl add all the ingredients except oil . Mix well. Shape the cutlets
  3. Now deep fry the cutlets. Serve
