Carrot Bread Rolls ( pan fried)

Ingredients to make Carrot Bread Rolls ( pan fried)

  • 1 cup grated carrot
  • Half cup coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2 green chillis finely chopped
  • 2 - 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
  • Black salt as per taste
  • black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  • green chutney
  • 5 - 6 brown bread pieces
  • oil for cooking and frying

How to make Carrot Bread Rolls ( pan fried)

  1. Take a pan , add 1 tsp oil . When oil gets hot, add garlic cloves , add green chilli, stir for 2 minutes.
  2. Then add grated carrots. Keep stirring. Now add roasted cumin powder, black salt , black pepper powder . Mix well . Cook until moisture goes away Add coriander leaves . Turn off the gas . Stuffing is ready .
  3. Take one brown bread piece, apply green chutney on it . Put stuffing one side of the bread and make a roll with this bread . Repeat this process with remaining bread pieces.
  4. Take a pan , add 2 tsp oil. Cook from both sides. Carrot rolls are ready .
