Although bread rolls are deep fried, here I have pan fried and hence the consumption of oil is less

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup grated carrot
  2. Half cup coriander leaves finely chopped
  3. 2 green chillis finely chopped
  4. 2 - 3 garlic cloves finely chopped
  5. Black salt as per taste
  6. black pepper powder 1 tsp
  7. Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
  8. green chutney
  9. 5 - 6 brown bread pieces
  10. oil for cooking and frying


  1. Take a pan , add 1 tsp oil . When oil gets hot, add garlic cloves , add green chilli, stir for 2 minutes.
  2. Then add grated carrots. Keep stirring. Now add roasted cumin powder, black salt , black pepper powder . Mix well . Cook until moisture goes away Add coriander leaves . Turn off the gas . Stuffing is ready .
  3. Take one brown bread piece, apply green chutney on it . Put stuffing one side of the bread and make a roll with this bread . Repeat this process with remaining bread pieces.
  4. Take a pan , add 2 tsp oil. Cook from both sides. Carrot rolls are ready .
