Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 kg fish fillets (boneless fish)
  2. 2 Eggs
  3. 4 tbsp corn flour ( adjust according to requirement)
  4. 1 tsp Salt
  5. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  6. 1/2 tsp White pepper powder
  7. 2 cups fresh bread crums


  1. First, apply lemon juice and salt on the fish fillet and rest it for 15 minutes
  2. Then, wash again and pat dry
  3. Apply salt, black pepper powder and white pepper powder on the fish
  4. Add some soda water to cornflour to make a batter
  5. Dip the fish in egg wash and then in the cornflour batter subsequently
  6. Roll the fish in the bread crums and deep fry it till it turns golden brown
  7. Serve with french fries and a spicy dip
