Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Oats 1 cup
  2. Chopped vegetables 1/2 cup ( capsicum, carrot, cabbage)
  3. Amchur
  4. oil for frying
  5. Onion 1 tablespoon (chopped)
  6. Salt according to taste
  7. Sambhar masala - 1 teaspoon
  8. Green chili 1 teaspoon (chopped)
  9. Green coriander

Instructions

  1. Take one glass of water in a pan. Heat until it is luke warm. Now, put one cup oats into it and cook for 2-3 min. Switch the stove off.
  2. Now, take another pan and sauté the onion first, and then add the vegetables with some oil. Cook for two mins. Add sambhar masala, green chilli, amchur and salt. Mix well.
  3. Take the special Appe kadhai (used specially to make appe). Firstly, heat it. Grease it. Pour the above prepared mixture with the help of spoon in the allotted spaces. After 3-4 mins, turn it upside down.
  4. Cook it till it takes a brown colour.
