ABOUT Fish Fry RECIPE

This fish fry is meaty, juicy, crispy on the outside. The fish is coated with rice flour for extra crispness.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 fishes
  2. 1/2 tbsp lime juice
  3. Salt
  4. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  6. 1 tbsp ginger paste
  7. 1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic paste
  8. 4-5 tbsp vinegar
  9. 1 pinch red food colour
  10. 2 Tbsp Cornflour

Instructions

  1. clean the fishes well and wash them using water and vinegar
  2. now make cuts on both the sides of the fish
  3. mix all the ingredients to get a paste. apply this paste on the fishes and let it marinate for at least 1 hour
  4. now, heat some oil on the pan and shallow fry the marinated fishes until they turn red and slightly burnt on its skin
  5. serve hot with lemon wedges.
