This perfectly healthy smoothie is totally vegan with high fiber and can be served for breakfast or as a mid day snack.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Almond Milk 1 1/2 Cup
  2. Mango 1
  3. Flax Seeds 1 Teaspoon
  4. Dates 4
  5. Raisins 1 Tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the mango.
  2. In a blender add the mango along with other ingredients and almond milk. Blend it until smooth . You can add ice cubes while grinding.
  3. Enjoy this wonderful healthy and tasty Mango smoothie for breakfast or just as a snack.
