Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. ginger 1 inch piece
  2. Kiwi 1 washed peeled and chopped
  3. lime juice 1/4 cup
  4. water 4 cup
  5. sugar 1/2 cup
  6. salt a pinch
  7. Black pepper powder and pinch


  1. Squeeze the juice out of lemons. Strain and keep aside.
  2. Blend all the remaining ingredients in a blender.
  3. Mix strained lemon juice. You can add cubes too if you want.
  4. Serve immediately with kiwi wedges.
  5. Enjoy the chilled and yummy kiwi ginger lime cooler.
