Ingredients to make Honey Chilli Caulliflower

  • all purpose flour(maida) - 2 tbsp
  • cornflour - 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper - 1 tsp
  • 1 cup - cauliflower florets
  • onion - 1/2 cup chopped
  • capsicum - 1/2 cup chopped
  • Tobasco sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • 2 tsp - tomato ketchup
  • 1 tsp - vinegar
  • honey - 2 tsp
  • green chilly sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • red chilly sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Roasted sesame seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste

How to make Honey Chilli Caulliflower

  1. Make a paste with maida, cornflour, salt, blackpepper by adding water as required. It need not be too watery, as we have to coat the cauliflower florets in it.
  2. Now, heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Coat the cauliflower florets in the above made paste and deep fry till little brown.
  3. Take another pan, put 1 tbsp oil and saute onions along with capsicum.
  4. Add Tabasco sauce, worcestershire sauce, vinegar, honey, red chilly sauce, green chilly sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper and salt as per taste.
  5. Add, fried cauliflower to the pan and fold slowly in the mixture.
  6. Sprinkle roasted sesame seeds. Serve hot
