Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Cocoa powder good quality 1/2 cup
  2. Milkmaid 1 tin
  3. Milk 1 cup
  4. Cornflour 2 tbsp
  5. Whipping cream or fresh cream 2 cups
  6. Toasted walnuts to top it up

Instructions

  1. Beat the whipping cream until soft peaks are formed.
  2. In a non stick pot, mix all the other ingredients until lump free and heat it on medium flame stirring it all the while.
  3. Keep stirring it until it thickens.
  4. Switch off the flame and let it cool down a bit before folding in the whipped cream.
  5. Freeze it on the lowest temperature settings for the first 2 hours.
  6. After 2 hours, blend it in a food processor or a blender and freeze it until good 6 to 8 hours or better still overnight.
  7. Next day scoop it out topped with toasted walnuts.
