It is very tasty and healthy paratha. It makes a great breakfast recipe

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. One cauliflower
  2. Green chilli
  3. ginger 1 small piece
  4. coriander leaves a bunch
  5. Two cups wheat flour
  6. oil


  1. Grate cauliflower and ginger add salt and let rest for ten minutes. Press the mixture and squeeze out extra water. The mixture should be dry.
  2. Add chilly and coriander in grated cauliflower
  3. Take wheat flour add one tablespoon oil and salt take water and make soft dough
  4. Make balls with dough. Roll out a bit and add stuffing. Seal the edges
  5. Roll out parathas using a little dry flour.
  6. Heat a pan and add some oil and make paratha
  7. Cook till brown on both the sides.
  8. Serve hot with curd and green chutney.
