Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 - bread slices
  2. 2 - boiled potatoes
  3. 1 cup - boiled veggeis (carrot pea kernels capsicum etc)
  4. 2 tbsp - grated cheese
  5. 1/4 to 1/2 tsp - salt
  6. 1/4 tsp - black pepper powder
  7. 1/4 tsp - chilli powder
  8. Few drops of lemon juice
  9. Wooden sticks for making the pops
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Water if required


  1. Mash the boiled and peeled potatoes finely.
  2. Add all boiled veggies to it and salt, pepper powder, chilli powder and lemon juice.
  3. Make a fine paste of stuffing and keep aside.
  4. Now take a bread slice and dip it in water and press between palms to drain the excess water.
  5. Add a spoonful of the filling to the bread slice .Top it with cheese. And close it from all sides.
  6. Now insert the stick at the bottom and deep fry on medium flame.
  7. Prepare all the pops similarly and enjoy.
