Daal Turai

Ingredients to make Daal Turai

  • Taroi or dodke or gilki -2
  • 2 cloves ginger finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger finely chopped
  • 1 medium size onion
  • cumin seeds
  • Garam masala
  • 3 tablespoons soaked chana daal
  • salt
  • chilly powder
  • turmeric
  • coriander chopped

How to make Daal Turai

  1. Cut all vegetables. Then take a pan pour oil now add cumin seeds chopped garlic saute it till cumin crackles. Now add onion Ginger saute it till golden brown then add turmeric powder chilly powder coriander powder saute it
  2. Now add chopped taroi (gilki or dodke) salt and soaked chana daal saute it add 1/2 cup water and cover the lid till it cooks on low flame. When it cooks properly add garam masala.
  3. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
  4. Serve with roti and parantha
