#Kadahi paneer

Ingredients to make #Kadahi paneer

  • cottage cheese 250 gms
  • onions 3 large
  • tomatoes 3
  • capsicum 1
  • green chillies 2
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tesp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tesp
  • Fresh cream 1/2 cup

How to make #Kadahi paneer

  1. Cut cottage cheese in cubes.
  2. Chop onions in thick dices.
  3. Chop tomatoes finely.
  4. Chop capsicum in dices.
  5. Heat a wok. Add oil.
  6. Add chopped onions. Saute till translucent and light pink.
  7. Add tomatoes.
  8. Add salt, turmeric, red chili powder. Mix. Cook covered till oil separates.
  9. Add fresh cream and capsicum. Mix and give a boil.
  10. Let it cook on sim for 3-4 minutes.
  11. Add paneer cubes and give a nice mix. Simmer for a minute. Done.
  12. Serve with naan or rumali roti.
