Pork with pinapple

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 pineapple
  2. 1 kg pork
  3. 2 packs of bacon
  4. 6 onions
  5. 8 green chillies
  6. 15 pieces of garlic
  7. 100g ginger
  8. pineapple chilli sauce
  9. pepper powder
  10. salt to taste
  11. 2 tsp mustard paste
  12. 2 tsp garam masala
  13. salt and oil

Instructions

  1. Clean the pineapple and carefully remove the stem from the middle and chop.
  2. In a pressure cooker pour oil and add whole garam masala.
  3. Add onion and green chilli. Saute for few seconds.
  4. Now add ginger garlic and saute for few seconds.
  5. Now add pepper powder, mustard sauce, pineapple sauce and Maggi seasoning sauce.
  6. Add the chopped pinapple and salt and saute until oil comes out.
  7. Now add pork and mix nicely and close the lid and cover it let it cook for 25 min in low flame.
  8. Once it is done fill the pineapple with the pork and wrap it nicely with the bacon.
  9. In a pan pour some butter and shallow fry this pineapple till it becomes brown then add the leftover pork and saute it nicely.
  10. Serve hot
