ABOUT Aampapad RECIPE

I have sweet memories of my childhood with these bites. This one is a dried mango pulp. It tastes delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 large mangoes (peeled and pureed)
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup
  3. Ghee 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a pan and add the mango pulp with sugar
  2. Stir it continuously till the mixture becomes thick. Cook on slow flame.
  3. Add ghee and mix well.
  4. When the mixture leaves the sides of pan, remove from heat
  5. The mixture should be a little moist and not dry.
  6. Now spread it into the plate and give a cut with the help of a knife.
  7. Now leave for 10-12 hours or for 1 one day to dry
  8. After drying, it will come out easily from the plate.
  9. Take 4 or 5 pieces and wrap in the cling film then keep it in the fridge. It can be stored for 2-3 months
