ABOUT Custard RECIPE

Custard loaded with fruits and dry fruit.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 litres milk
  2. 14 egss
  3. sugar
  4. 2 tablespoons custard powder
  5. Seasonal fruit
  6. Handful of dry fruit

Instructions

  1. Boil milk add custard powder and sugar. Let it come to room temperature
  2. Beat all eggs and mix it with milk.
  3. Add fruits and saffron.
  4. Now pour all this mixture in a baking dish (I did on stove) and cook on medium flame for 30 mins.
  5. Chop all dry fruits and add on top while cooking.
  6. When It is done, let it come to room temperature.
  7. Keep in the fridge for 6 hours. serve chilled
