Ingredients to make Soya Pops

  • Soya chunks 12-15
  • curd 3 tbsp
  • Gramflour/besan 2 tbsp
  • semolina/suji 2 tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garm masala 1/4 tsp
  • Orange food colour
  • oil for frying
  • Chatmasala

How to make Soya Pops

  1. Soak soya chunks in hot water for 30 minutes.
  2. Squeeze water from chunks after 30 minutes
  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  4. Add soya chunks to it and marinate for 30 minutes
  5. After 30 minutes deep fry the chunks
  6. Sprinkle chatmasala over it and serve
