ABOUT Apple Pineapple Ginger Mint Juice RECIPE

This is good to aid digestion. Lots of enzymes from the pineapple and the mint helps settle the belly and gives relief in gas.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Half piece of one pineapple
  2. One apple
  3. Two inches piece of ginger
  4. Five to six mint leaves
  5. 1 table spoon honey
  6. 1/2 tea spoon black salt or, to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the fruits
  2. Grind all the ingredients to make a paste except honey and salt
  3. Adjust water
  4. Strain add honey and salt
  5. Pour in glasses and serve
  6. In summers add ice cubes
