ABOUT Eggless Wheat Flour Pineapple Cake RECIPE

Lovely fresh pineapple juice is added to the cake. It makes it soft and fruity

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. wheat flour- 1 1/3 cup
  2. granulated sugar- 3/4 cup
  3. Baking powder- 1 tsp
  4. baking soda-1/2 tsp
  5. Salt 1 pinch
  6. Milk- 1 cup
  7. Curd- 1/2 cup
  8. Oil- 1/2 cup
  9. Fresh pineapple juice-1/4 cup
  10. Pineapple essence-1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take the Pineapple juice and boil it on medium flame for 5-8 minutes and let it cool down completely
  2. In a bowl mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
  3. Add the curd, oil, milk and pineapple essence. Mix it to form a smooth batter.
  4. Add the juice and mix gently. Pour it into the greased and floured cake tin.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 30-40 minutes or until a tooth pick inserted comes out clean. Allow it to cool completely and then de mould it
