Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrot -2
  2. Potatoes - 4
  3. For Grinding:
  4. Mint Leaves - A Handful
  5. Green chillies - 5
  6. Garlic pearls - 5
  7. Coriander leaves - a handful
  8. Other Ingredients :
  9. Bread - 1 slice
  10. Turmeric Powder - a pinch
  11. Garam masala - 1 tsp
  12. Chat masala - 2 tsp
  13. Rusk powder for dusting
  14. Jeera - 1/2 tsp
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash, chop and boil carrot and potatoes. Drain the water and add it to a bowl.
  2. To the same bowl, add the ground paste, salt, bread slice, chat masala, garam masala, turmeric powder and jeera.
  3. Mash the contents well. Make equal sized balls.
  4. Flatten each ball and roll it on rusk powder and shallow fry in oil.
  5. Serve hot with coffee
