ABOUT Scotch Eggs RECIPE

This is a British recipe, though almost all European countries make it during Xmas. Indians claim, it is a copy of our Nargisi Kofta. It is an easy and delicious snack recipe

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spiced sausages 4
  2. Boiled eggs 4
  3. Flour 3 tbsp
  4. Paprika 1/4 tsp
  5. Egg 1 well beaten
  6. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  7. Salt
  8. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. We get different types of sausages. Get spicy one, if possible. Boil eggs. Remove skin, keep aside. Take one sausage, if there is skin, remove it. Then just fold it.
  2. Put some flour on the platform, roll the sausage into a thin poori, place one boiled egg inside and close it from all sides.
  3. Then dip it in flour, and then in beaten eggs and coat it with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in a pan, deep fry them till done.
  5. Serve hot
