Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Prawns one cup (wash and cleaned)
  2. Dry red chilli 4
  3. Garlic cloves 10
  4. Onions 2
  5. Tomato 1 big red ripe
  6. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  7. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  8. Kashmir red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  9. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
  11. salt as per taste
  12. Fresh coriander


  1. Grind dry red chilli, garlic with little salt and water to a fine paste
  2. In a pan add oil and fry finely chopped onions then add finely chopped tomato. you can also make tomato puree then add prawns and cook for 2 mins. add red chilli paste cook for 5 mins on low flame
  3. Add dry masala and , salt and cook again for 2 mins
  4. Add lemon juice and mix well.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander
