Ingredients to make Egg Dosa...

  • Dosa batter a ladleful
  • egg 1
  • Dried parsley or coriander leaves chopped a tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • green chillies or chilli flakes as desired.

How to make Egg Dosa...

  1. Pour the dosa batter on the griddle. Spread it just like a regular dosa.
  2. Whisk an egg with all the ingredients and pour on the top.
  3. Drizzle some oil in the centre as well as on the sides.
  4. Cook for 2 minutes. Cover it up.
  5. After done, flip it over and cook on the other side for a minute more.
  6. Serve it hot.
