Vanilla Cup Cakes

Ingredients to make Vanilla Cup Cakes

  • 300 gm butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 300 gm maida
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • For icing
  • 250 gm icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 2 tbsp food colour of choice

How to make Vanilla Cup Cakes

  1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees F
  2. Place paper cups in the muffin tin.
  3. Beat butter & sugar in a bowl till fluffy
  4. Add vanilla essence & eggs one at a time
  5. Sift maida & baking powder and fold into egg & butter mixture
  6. Add milk also
  7. Spoon in cups & bake for 25 minutes.
  8. Now for icing, mix all the ingredients well, fill in icing bag pipe the designs of choice on the cupcakes
