Ingredients: 300 gm butter; 6 Eggs; 2 tsp vanilla essence; 300 gm maida; 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder; 2 tbsp Milk; For icing; 250 gm icing sugar; 1/2 cup unsalted butter; 1 tsp Vanilla essence; 2 tbsp Milk; 2 tbsp food colour of choice

ABOUT Vanilla Cup Cakes RECIPE

Vanilla cupcakes just melt in the mouth. You will fall in love with them.

Ingredients Serving: 5

300 gm butter
6 Eggs
2 tsp vanilla essence
300 gm maida
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
2 tbsp Milk
For icing
250 gm icing sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 tsp Vanilla essence
2 tbsp Milk
2 tbsp food colour of choice

Instructions

Preheat oven at 350 degrees F
Place paper cups in the muffin tin.
Beat butter & sugar in a bowl till fluffy
Add vanilla essence & eggs one at a time
Sift maida & baking powder and fold into egg & butter mixture
Add milk also
Spoon in cups & bake for 25 minutes.
Now for icing, mix all the ingredients well, fill in icing bag pipe the designs of choice on the cupcakes
