Ingredients to make Rava Matar Kachori

  • 1/2 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup rava
  • 3 tbsp oil for adding in the flour
  • 2 tsp ajwain seeds
  • salt to taste
  • For Filling
  • 1 cup boiled peas
  • 1tsp each red chilli powder, amchur powder,salt to taste
  • 2 tsp oil
  • oil for Deep frying

How to make Rava Matar Kachori

  1. Knead a soft dough using rava & maida
  2. Now prepare the filling Take oil in pan ,add peas & all spices Cook till peas are tender, mash them a little.
  3. Now make small balls & prepare kachori by filling the peas mixture
  4. Deep fry in low flame, serve hot with ketchup
