Ingredients to make Rudolph Pancakes

  • 1 and 1/2 cups pancake flour (this can be substituted with the same amount of maida and 1 tsp baking soda)
  • 1 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • Strawberries cut to small pieces 1 cup
  • Pancake syrup 1 cup
  • Whipped cream to serve
  • Milk 1 cup
  • butter 2 tsp

How to make Rudolph Pancakes

  1. Add the pancake flour in a utensil add the nutmeg and vanilla essence
  2. Add milk and water and whip to a very fine batter
  3. In a pan add some butter and make the pancakes in medium flame
  4. Stack the pancakes and add the strawberries to look like Rudolph
  5. Add some whipped cream and serve
