Tangy pickled grapes - an instant pickle recipe

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gms grapes (Green, Seedless)
  2. 2.5 tsp Readymade Pickle masala / Achar masala
  3. 3/4 tsp red chilli powder / Laal mirch powder
  4. 1/4 tsp Black salt / Kala Namak (Kala Namak)
  5. 1.5 tsp lemon Juice / Nimbu Ka Ras
  6. 1/2 tsp sugar / Chini
  7. 4 tsp Cooking oil
  8. salt to taste


  1. Wash grapes and wipe them well.
  2. Take a big bowl and put grapes in it.
  3. Add all the spices and oil and mix well
  4. Keep covered for 1 hour and then fill it in a glass jar.
  5. Stays well for 3 days at room temperature in summers.
  6. then keep refrigerated for a week.
  7. Enjoy as a side dish with roti or rice or serve as salad
